about me
I am a happy person because I made my dream come true — to help others — and for that, I became a doctor. My journey began in medicine, where I earned a Doctorate in Dermatology and Venereology from the Russian Institute of Dermatology and Immunology. Curiosity and a passion for innovation have always driven me. From there, I stepped into the pharmaceutical industry, working as a Medical Advisor and blending scientific expertise with a deep commitment to patient care.
As doctor, I was trained to take a systemic approach to each patient — to understand how all systems works as a whole. That’s why, alongside my medical studies and work, I began studying psychology as well wanting to understand my patients more deeply and fully. It helped me see not just symptoms, but the person behind them — their story, their feelings, their inner world. Many physical symptoms—insomnia, chronic fatigue, anxiety—aren’t just medical conditions. Behind them are emotions, past experiences, and unconscious conflicts. The mind and body are deeply connected. True healing isn’t just about treating symptoms; it’s about understanding their root causes.
These insights and my own journey through personal therapy deeply shaped and changed the course of my professional life. I shifted my focus to psychotherapy, where I now help people find clarity, break free from limiting patterns, and restore balance in their lives. With a unique blend of medical knowledge, psychological insight, and a deep understanding of human nature, I guide others toward meaningful transformation and self-discovery in finding their own happiness.
In therapy, we don’t just discuss difficulties; we explore how they work and learn to change them on a deep level.

What I Specialize In:

Why Systemic Behavioral Therapy?
Systemic Behavioral Therapy (SBT) is a methodology that provides a deep, structured understanding of the psyche. It allows to integrate methods from different therapeutic approaches, helping achieve results more quickly and effectively.
This is a modern approach to psychotherapy, based on neuroscience and behavioral psychology, empowering to overcome challenges and foster personal growth.
The Science Behind It
Every psychological experience originates in the brain. Our biological needs, emotional responses, life experiences, and even sleep patterns—all are governed by complex neural processes.
Therapy helps us understand and reframe these experiences. By exploring behaviour, thoughts, emotions, and unconscious desires, we create space for growth and change. With my knowledge, I walk alongside clients as they rediscover what they truly want and open up to new paths in life, where they can move forward confidently, relying on themselves and their strengths.
